- Wednesday 19 September 2007 at the Brewery, London
Both events start at 10.30am and close at 4.00pm.
This e-mail is purely to alert you informally to these dates, so that you have as much time as possible to make arrangements if you wish to attend. The conference is aimed at NHS and social care managers, those involved in commissioning, clinicians, community matrons, case managers, professional stakeholder groups and the voluntary sector. The conference aims to re-energise and re-focus the health and social care sector about the Long Term Conditions (LTC) strategy and its future direction. There will be a strong emphasis on commissioning and the benefits to PCTs and Practice Based Commissioners if they focus on LTCs
This will be achieved through a variety of presentations and breakout sessions.
There will be no charge for attendance.
