Formal Consultation for Gold Standard Care Pathway

Dear Colleague
As you may be aware members of the core team for the ABI Network and colleagues from the Sussex ABI forum have been writing a “Gold Standard Care Pathway” for people with ABI.
As part of our consultation process I am writing to you all to formally request your comments and feedback.
The document can be downloaded from the website at www.westsussexabi.co.uk and click on articles or reports.
The deadline for comments is the 31st August.
The next meeting of the ABI Network will be on the 7th September at Kerwin Court Broadbridge Heath at . There will be a presentation of the proposal and time for questions and discussion. Please forward this to anyone you think might be interested. I would be grateful if you could let me know if you are intending to come along.
